4. Proceed to Checkout
Proceed to check out on the website, providing your event details and payment information. Livia & Co accepts various payment methods to facilitate a smooth transaction. One of our consultants will get in contact with you, to confirm details of order.
5. Delivery & Return
Your dress will be delivered to your specified address 1–3 days before your event. After the event, simply pack the dress using the provided packaging and our courier will collect the parcel the next working day after your event. Livia & Co handles all the cleaning and maintenance, so you don’t need to worry about dry cleaning.

Taking accurate measurements is key to ensuring a perfect fit when shopping for garments. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Bust:
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ideally without undergarments.
- Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
Waist:
- Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button).
- Stand naturally and avoid sucking in your stomach for the most accurate measurement.
Hips:
- Measure around the widest part of your hips (buttocks).
- Ensure the tape measure stays level and straight.
Additional Tips:
