Once you’ve selected your dress and rental date one of our consultants will reach out to confirm your event date. Your rental gown will be delivered directly to your door 1–3 days before your event, ensuring you have enough time to prepare. The dress will be collected on the next business day after your event.

If your rental dress doesn’t fit, please notify us within 4 (four) hours of receiving the delivery. You then have the option to:

  1. Request another size or a different dress (subject to availability).
  2. Return the dress

If you choose to return it, we will issue you a gift card for the rental amount, minus the dry cleaning and delivery fees.

Please note that an administration fee will still apply in either case. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, so feel free to contact us for further assistance!

Rental dresses cannot be permanently altered, as they are part of our shared collection and must be returned in their original condition. However, temporary adjustments like hemming with non-damaging methods (e.g., double-sided tape or safety pins) may be acceptable, after confirming with one of our team members.

If you’re unsure about making any modifications, please contact us before adjusting, and we’ll gladly guide you!

Each of our dresses includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct size. It’s important to take your measurements accurately to ensure the best fit. Since everyone has a unique body shape, your measurements might not align perfectly with the size guide. In such cases, we recommend selecting the size that fits the largest measurement of your body and having the dress tailored by a professional seamstress for a flawless fit.

Returns & Exchanges (Fit or Style Changes)

Store Credit

Approved returns within the 3-business-day window will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit is non-transferable.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Store credit may be used on any available stock item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage, please notify us within five (5) working days of delivery.

We will first be given the opportunity to replace the item with an identical or similar product (subject to availability and your approval).

A refund will only be considered if the item is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be replaced.

Order Confirmations & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is considered final.

Should you wish to cancel or change your selected gown after the order has been processed, the full purchase price will remain payable.

Size Selection

We are always happy to assist with sizing guidance prior to purchase. However, clients remain responsible for selecting their preferred size at checkout.

As many of our gowns are ordered specifically per client request, incorrect sizes cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Showroom Sale Items

Kindly note that all Showroom Sale items are considered final sale.

These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

Yes, many of our designer wedding dresses are available to rent in select sizes. For more details about wedding gown rentals, including availability and terms, please feel free to contact us—we’d be delighted to assist you!

No, unfortunately, we do not sell second-hand wedding gowns.

  • Off-the-rack dresses/sale dresses: These are often more affordable and can range from R10 000 to R30 000.
  • Designer dresses: These typically start at R20 000 and can go upwards to R65 000 or more, depending on the designer, dress attachments and level of detail.

3. Consider Rental Options:

  • If your budget is tighter, renting a designer gown could be a great alternative. Rental prices are typically between R10 000- R30 000. 

4. Plan for Alterations:

  • Factor in the cost of alterations, which can range from R800 to R2000 or more, depending on the complexity of the adjustments.

  • Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ideally without undergarments.
  • Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.

2. Waist:

  • Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above your belly button).
  • Stand naturally and avoid sucking in your stomach for the most accurate measurement.

3. Hips:

  • Measure around the widest part of your hips (buttocks).
  • Ensure the tape measure stays level and straight.

If your measurements don’t align perfectly in the case of a fitted dress, choose the size that corresponds to your largest measurements and consider tailoring for a custom fit.

When purchasing an A-line or ball gown dress, please consider the largest measurements between your bust and waist, as the skirt already leaves room for a bigger hip size.
